3 min CONVERSION (Priestland) Superb kick from the right touchline. My, that's a fabulous start by Wales
Ireland 0-7 Wales
2 min TRY Wales (Shane Williams) We're going to review it, but it looked absolutely fine from here! Wales scythe through Ireland with a signature touchline-to-touchline move! It was Roberts who kick-started that with a magnificent take from a soaring kick by Priestland. Wales surge forward, recycling quickly, switching the ball right. Again and again, Ireland try to choke the man in possession, but Wales looked well-drilled in the contact area. Faletau crashes in, Halfpenny recovers it, flips it outside to Shane Williams, and he touches down in the corner! Ireland 0-5 Wales
1 min O'Gara sends it long, pinning Wales back into their 22. Phillips emerges from the first ruck and hoists a high kick, but Ireland gather just inside the Welsh 10-metre line. Earls bursts through, but loses the ball on contact, and here come Wales, driving up towards the halfway line.
06.01 Ireland, and Ronan O'Gara, to kick us off. All eyes on those first few hits.
06.00 National anthems. Not a bad showing from the Irish, but virtually every Welsh player belts out theirs as if they're singing it into a distant upstairs window. Wales take that one on points. We're seconds away.

I dropped out of communism class because of lousy Marx.
Latest: Ireland 3-7 Wales
24 min PENALTY Ireland (O'Gara) O'Gara puts it safely over for three. It's scant reward for Ireland's territory, though. Ireland 3-7 Wales
23 min O'Driscoll turns the ball over and releases Kearney, who makes up perhaps 30 metres. He's brought down within sight of the line, offloads to a pair of Welsh hands, but Ireland have the penalty in front of the posts as Wales pile in from the side, and surely O'Gara's going to kick this one. He is.
21 min Wales penalised for engaging early in the scrum. O'Gara punches his kick into the opposite corner, keeping it low into the wind, and this time finds an excellent touch.
20 min Here's O'Gara again, kicking for the corner. But it's just the wrong side of the flag, and Wales will have a scrum just inside the Ireland half.

Latest: Ireland 3-10 Wales
28 min PENALTY Wales (Halfpenny) Beautifully clean contact from Halfpenny, and the ball makes it easily! Fine kick, and Wales restore their seven-point lead. Ireland 3-10 Wales
27 min The kick is perhaps a yard inside halfway. Halfpenny is going to go for the posts.

mornin
Latest: Ireland 3-10 Wales
32 min The lineout comes all the way through to Shane Williams who fumbles it back towards his line. Wales desperately lay hands on the ball and whip it back to Priestland, who hooks the ball clear.
31 min Bowe with the break. Ferris passes it outside to Kearney, who juggles the ball several times before finally getting it under control. O'Gara with the grubber kick, and it's an excellent one, right in the corner.
30 min More superb defence from Wales. Ireland's forwards try to bash the front door down again, but Wales hold firm, force Ireland wide, and when Heaslip gets a little isolated, Warburton steps him and dumps him into touch with a roar. Smashing.

Half-time: Ireland 3-10 Wales
40 min One last fling by Ireland before half-time. O'Driscoll releases Tommy Bowe, who can make up another few metres. This is better, and quicker, from Ireland. But Wales's angled line pins down Heaslip, the ball is buried under a sea of bodies, and after a while referee Craig Joubert decides he's had enough, and blows the whistle for half-time. A furious, fascinating half of rugby ends with Wales in the lead.

Latest: Ireland 3-10 Wales
43 min Again Ireland kick, pinning Wales back into their own corner. Ireland turn it over, switch the ball right. Ferris switches it to Bowe, who commits three Welshmen to the tackle. Ireland work it back to the left, quickly, and Kearney is just a few feet from surging over the line. Ireland have the penalty it they want it.
42 min Kearney with a good take as both sides persist with the aerial approach. Bowe punts it up the right touchline. Priestland is flummoxed by the bounce, but gathers himself well and clears his lines excellently. That's the coolness under pressure that Warren Gatland's always talking about. On the biggest stage, too.
41 min You sense that if Ireland can maintain the pressure and territory they enjoyed in the first half, at some stage it will tell. Still impossible to call, this one. But a blow for Wales during for the break: Luke Charteris is unable to continue, so Bradley Davies has replaced him.

44 min TRY Ireland (Earls + O'Gara conversion) Earls with the surge, but did his foot hit touch? It didn't! The try is given! Ireland looked to have killed their own momentum after Murray's pass went to nobody in particular. But it was Ferris with the smart take and lay-off, and Earls bursting from deep just about managed to scrape over the line. Jubilation for the Irish, who have taken this superb game to yet another level. O'Gara with a superb conversion from the left touchline. We're all square.

Earls CLASS!
OGARA all is forgiven
fantastic kick
Full steam ahead
Latest: Ireland 10-15 Wales
51 min TRY Wales (Phillips) Brilliant!
50 min Ireland's kicks are coming straight back at them. Roberts spins it out left for Halfpenny, and Wales can get to work down that touchline. Alun Wyn Jones spots a gap, and makes up a vital few metres.
48 min Here come Wales again. Ireland frantically trying to keep Alun Wyn Jones up, but the ball's come out, and Wales can run it out to the left touchline. Danger for Ireland, but Healy piles in on Halfpenny, and wins the penalty. That's fabulous.
46 min Bradley Davies gets turned over after sterling work by O'Brien. O'Gara, of all people, with the counter-ruck. Ireland clear their lines.
