Mainly residential, but industrial, commercial and hotels too.
A sad picture of a burst bubble.

THE NATIONAL Asset Management Agency is preparing to take control of a number of properties in Ireland owned by developer Treasury Holdings, one of the 10 biggest borrowers with the State loans agency.
Nama has issued a demand to Treasury for the repayment of its loans, which last year stood at around €900 million.
According to informed sources, Nama has demanded that the loans be repaid this month.
If Treasury does not meet the deadline, Nama will move to appoint a receiver to certain properties in Ireland.

Be grand if NAMA took their own office for a start
Except for Lenihan and Peter Bacon a lot of this stuff would have been dealt with by now. It has taken two years to do what should have been done in two months by the banks.
That's it PJ NAMA doing the job banks are paid to do. Not that I have any faith in either entity.

Another one
Yesterday the Agency lodged an application against two ofIreland’s best-known developers, the colourful John (Johnny) Ronan and the under-stated Richard Barrett together with their flagship development company, Treasury Holdings. The case reference is 2012/4092 P, there are two NAMA entities taking the action – National Asset Management Agency and National Asset Loan Management Limited, both represented by Dublin solicitors, William Fry. The presence of National Asset Management Agency as one of the plaintiffs is unusual and may signify there are matters of great importance at issue.http://namawinelake.wordpress.com/20...tt-personally/UPDATE: 26th April, 2012. The Irish Independent reports today “ NAMA is undertood (sic) to be claiming that the deal amounts to an asset transfer.” Hmm, maybe it means unlawful asset transfer or asset transfer designed to place assets beyond the reach of creditors. The TAIL transaction referred to in the article is detailed here.
http://namawinelake.wordpress.com/20...th-tail-again/Treasury came up with a codeword – TAIL – for what looks like a controversial financial transaction in 2010 in which €20m of shares in a company called China Real Estates Opportunities (CREO) were transferred out of the Treasury group to the apparent benefit of Johnny Ronan and Richard Barrett in return for €100,000. NAMA has been trying to reverse this transaction for some time.
As it happens TAIL is an acronym, derived from Treasury Asia Investments Limited, and what happened was that Treasury sold €20m of shares in CREO to a company called Daylasin Limited. Now hang in here, it sounds more convoluted than it is! Daylasin Limited changed its name to Treasury Asia Investments Limited (TAIL) and TAIL sold the €20m of shares to Messrs Barrett and Ronan for a consideration that appears to be worth just €100,000. It’s not quite the sale of a €160m Moscow office block for the price of a laptop, but it seems to be in the same league, even if there hasn’t been any formal allegation of shenanigans by NAMA yet.
