I think that Mick Wallace made a fool of himself, was completely out of order and was caught. Cowen's remark to Gilmore about "reining in" Burton, mid-debate, was breathtakingly sexist. The Daíl and political life in Ireland is undoubtedly rife with sexism. Very few women make it through in politics in their own right, rather than as daughters or nieces of politicians.

However, my point in posting this thread is that Miss Piggy is in fact for some people, myself included an inspirational figure, a powerful female who goes after what she wants ( in her case, a frog ) and is proud of who she is.
