The pendulous flowers top of the photo are on a Pheasant Berry shrub. Leycesteria Formosa/Himalayan honeysuckle a self seeding cane like very vigourous plant.

It's not often seen but it would make someone a business as it seeds prolificly. Fast growing after the first year it takes off reaching a height of 8 foot in no time at all.
