    I could have sworn that Tobin said earlier that he was in agreement with 3.5 billion in 'adjustments' in this year's budget. Is that SF policy or did I misunderstand what he said?

    Probably meant something along the lines of agreeing that adjustments have to be made but that these can be made in a fairer way, ie wealth tax and what not.
