A blackbird on it's nest of two newly hatched chicks and two eggs just a meter from the ground. In my back garden hedge here in Swords. I have placed a potted Sycamore tree in front of the nest site to add a little cover. Fingers crossed.

My beautiful and beloved wife Maureen about 30 years ago selling her wood carvings, crochet work, and my painting during Swords one day Festival.
I miss her every long day. (R.I.P.)

Thank you, Cass. Very much appreciated.

A Delphinium given to me as a gift yesterday from the owner of a garden centre just north of the Donabate roundabout.

    Maureen Colgan. 1941-2015.

Maureen from Manchester in the UK loved Ireland. This photo taken in Wicklow would be in the early 1980s.
