Whatever happened those funds in the Cayman, it was thought Party funds were diverted there after been raised in America, no surprise then.

    My heart. It bleeds

THE children of Sean Quinn, the former billionaire, want a "draconian" injunction order freezing their bank accounts and preventing them controlling their overseas assets to be lifted.

he Quinns have claimed that if they win their main case against the IBRC, there was no valid security over the main International Property Group (IPG) assets, valued in excess of €500m, which the family say were long-term investments never intended to be sold on a fire-sale basis.

When it sought injunctions against members of the Quinn family two years ago, the IBRC was required to give undertakings to pay them any damages should they successfully defend the bank's claims.

Funny the way a few months ago junior was offering up his ranch to the Court to help to purge his contempt, we now find out that KBC have taken over the property, gas crowd them Quinns.

Really do think Aoife is in Court for a laugh, her arguments are Disney like and her solicitor rows in with it, at least he may be getting paid for his panto role.

"The orders had led to KBC Bank appointing a receiver to her brother Sean's home, involving a loss to him of €700,000 as it was now to be sold leaving a large undischarged loan payable to KBC, she said".

She near enough almost asks for funds to develop some power station in Louth, its all Anglo's fault not Daddy's.

the victimisation of the poor, honest as the day is long, Quinn's continues

THE Quinn family have accused Fine Gael Minister of State Brian Hayes of "political interference" for claiming on RTE Radio's Morning Ireland that they had been involved in a "systematic attempt" to move assets beyond the reach of the IBRC.
Might be a plan for Hayes to ask his advisers what to say before he ever opens his mouth though

"Mr Hayes is more than aware that the security IBRC purports to have over these assets is been actively challenged by the Quinn family before the Commercial Court on the grounds that same breaches both Irish and EU Law.
