Default Nominations for Ireland's most anonymous TD?

Must admit that I heard the name 'Mary Wallace' at some stage in my life but I didn't realise that she is a public representative and a retiring TD.
Any other nominations for the most low profile TD in this Dail?

Let's get a list of nominations together and then you can run a poll PJ to see who wins the crown.

(Bit worried we mightn't have enough crowns in the vault though)

One of my favourite anonymous TDs is Brendan Smith(Cavan/Monaghan) who of course is also the Minister for Agriculture. He managed to come to public attention twice in this Dail: first with the pork scare in December 2008 and later with 'free cheese' last year.
He had an unforgettable The Week in Politics when Sean O'Rourke asked him about Irish bond yields and he took refuge in quoting Kells Mart prices

I give you Cyprian Brady of 939 first preference votes fame.

Is this not a bit of a self-defeating exercise? There's surely one we're all going to overlook..

He's an FG TD from Galway East whose current claim to fame is that he's grooming his son to replace him. A complete non-entity, the only time I ever saw him speak publicly he was urging people to vote for the Lisbon Treaty even if they hadn't read it, as after all, most people pay their electricity bills without reading the terms and conditions and they get on grand . He's been in the Dáil since 1981 and the Seanad for 4 years before that, so it's a fitting epitaph to the accomplishments of his political career that you've never heard of him.

It would have to be Enda Kenny who's been locked away in his bunker in Tora Bora Mayo for over a month now.

Any of the Galway East set. Noel Tracey, Paul Connaughton, What's-his-name Kitt.
    Oh and Ulick Burke.

For me it has to be John Cregan TD. A man with a job in the public eye, a member of our national parliament and yet he is not a household name in his own household. Anonymous doesn't get more anonymous than this guy. Classic back-bench voting fodder.

I've never head of John Cregan. What party and constituency?

He is FF party Limerick West but the boundary changes mean he will now be standing in Limerick constituency although some of his stronger supporters would have been transferred to Kerry North/Limerick West.

That would appear to make him a front runner.
