The UK Indy reminds us that back in the 1970s, a 5% shortfall was enough to cause a 400% price rise... and we don't have enough alternative energy infrastructure. They're predicting shortages within 4 and a half years.

Meanwhile, on the H20 front, the Vartry reservoir tunnel collapse could leave 150,000 households without water with no warning, should it collapse. For years, apparently.
