How I Clobbered Every Bureaucratic Cash-Confiscatory Agency Known to Man

Last week I downloaded a whole batch of PDF's and spent a few days skimming through them. One that caught my attention was the one that is mentioned in the title of this thread by a woman called Mary Elizabeth Croft. I didn't read it indepth as it was based in Canada, but it is basically how she defaults on loans and then uses Contract Laws to avoid penalties, and helps others to do the same.

Then surprisingly yesterday, through a Facebook News Feed, an Irish written one came to my attention by a guy called Darrell O'Dea who has a personal vendetta against Bank of Ireland (not the only person in the country with one of those I would imagine). He has made his PDF available for free download from www.bankofireland.me and is offering assistance to people who want to do the same.

I was particularly amused by him trademarking his name and then invoicing BoI for use of it in correspondence to the total of 2m euro!
Interesting as he seems to be well versed on the Laws regarding the matter. Will this start a new trend? Could this be hope for all the people at risk of defaulting on their mortgages?

I applaud any action that tells scumbags to take a jump. Having said that, I think there are two questions that need answering prior to anyone considering this to be good advice or looking for help to do the same.

i. Has BOI ceased to pursue the gentleman for money allegedly owed to them?

ii. Has the BOI coughed up the €2 million that the gentleman alleges that they owe him for the use of his name?

This all seems very elaborate and looks like it requires much time and effort. Much simpler to tell folks to go F@ck themselves I reckon. More satisfying too.
