Leo Varadkar opposing gay adoption a few years ago. I wonder if this hypocrite has changed his mind now that it's dawned on him he's gay.

Why is it hypocrisy? He articulates a clear and arguable position on the matter .. i.e. the right of a child to a mother and father surpasses the right of two men or two women to have a family. You may not agree with this position but it does not make him a hypocrite to argue it. There is nothing hypocritical as far as I can see in a gay man stating that he views the rights of a child to be greater than his.
