5, here's what I found out. The National Library hold a copy (or copies ). Herself says you should just phone them (number on NL Website ) and quote the info I've just posted. MAYBE they'll pull what they have about it, maybe not. It should help that you'll be able to quote the Pull Number (J05 ) and the catalogue title.
The NL is in Dubalin so can't go there meself loike !
