Danske Bank to sue Bill Cullen for more than 8.2m in unpaid loans.
Mr Justice Kelly granted an order allowing the proceedings be served via ordinary pre-paid post to Mr Cullen's home.
Earlier this month, 45 employees at Mr Cullen's Glencullen Holdings, which operates car dealerships in Swords and Liffey Valley in Dublin, were told Ulster Bank, owed an estimated €12m, had appointed receivers to the company to secure its loans.
Mr Cullen, who is owed €19.5m, is the biggest creditor of Glencullen.
The company's latest accounts showed Mr Cullen also provided a letter of guarantee of €1.2m as security for the loans, plus assignment of a life assurance policy.
End of the road for Bill:
http://www.independent.ie/business/i...t-3327168.htmlBill Cullen, the motor dealer and former Apprentice star, has had a judgment of €8.2m registered against him by Danske Bank. The judgement will appear tomorrow in Stubbs Gazette, the official debt defaulter publication.
Cullen has previously said that he planned to sell property to reduce the judgment sum.
Guess the properties mentioned will have to be sold, if her business is indeed independent, it will be good news for Jackie.
Wasn't Bill tied in with some property with Joe Burke (Bertie's BF) in some deal around a car showrooms in Drummer, it naturally turned dirty ?
Bill Cullen's examinership petition for Muckross Park hotel refused.
Delighted for Bill. He deserves everything he gets. Awful selfish anti societal fecker.
