I hope we all (almost all) sympathise and would wish to support the homeless.

But we shouldn't allow that to overrule the law - that way leads to anarchy.

Say you had a holiday home - unoccupied for much of the year, as is the case with most holiday homes - which was taken over by the 'take back the village' movement. Say you obtain a Court order requiring their removal but they resist. Say you are personally adverse to forcibly removing them.

What then?

What happens then to my holiday home - just down the road from yours?

It will be the doctors and other so-called elites that will be guillotined first, followed by the 'intellectuals' and then the holiday home owners.

And then the other home owners. Especially those from the leafy suburbs


I note the link - I don't think anyone is supporting the concept of masked Gardai - smacks of totalitarianism. I'm appalled by it.
