The Indo -

Reports an Appeal Court decision to reject an order of the Min of Ed to accept a child into a school in Galway.

Presumably the school in question is subvented, probably the majority of their income comes from the Min of Ed.

So, who decides who can be educated there? Not the Department.....

According to the Indo the school accepts only the kids of past pupils and siblings, etc.

Just another example of 1) unacceptable bias and 2) incompetence,in that the funder has no input to policy.
