Sorry cross over between the threads ---
There are at least two bankrupt T.D.'s constituency's on Minister Reilly's priority list for the development of Primary Health Clinics. Could these T.Ds have been rewarded for "the delivery" Lowery style of the contracts? There should be a full declaration of who owns the lands and what lease/deal has been done with the HSE.

One of the priority towns listed for a primary care centre by our property developer Minister for Health, is Ballymote, population 1,200 people and where much of the local business is owned by our Minister for small business John Perry - a good old fashioned style stroker politician.

    So the plot thickens !

Just going back to the point about Shortall. It could be one of two things, her whole hands could be tied as she is having to do what she is told and cut back where does not want to or else she is incompetent. Im guessing its a little bit of both. She fucked up on the Rowan Unit in Cherry Orchard and her lack of condemnation for the policies of Reilly shows she has no balls what so ever to tackle the issues. Her role is to manage the primary health care and she has failed. Fire Shorthall on the spot and Reilly also while they are at it.
