EDIT: Second March:
I hope people of all political ideologies will come along and express their anger at this ongoing injustice.

Yep, I'll be there unless something unforeseen comes up
Apparently no political slogans or paraphenalia at all allowed at the march...

No there wasn't, and that's the way it should be.
Just home from it now, I'm not the best at guessing numbers but I'd say there was around a thousand, if not more, people there for the march. There were people there from many different parties, as well as the usual amount of An Garda Siochána.
We started off at the garden of remembrance and we followed the band down O'Connell street, did a U-Turn at the bridge, came back up the other side of the street and stopped outside the GPO were a platform had been set up.
There was a number of speakers, including Marian Price's husband who spoke very eloquently.
The central message was that the campaign is based on humanitarian grounds, not politics. You don't need to share her political views, as one of the speakers put it, "you don't even need to support the unification of the island" (Ciaren Perry).
I didn't have a camera but proceedings were recorded, I'll throw up a link when it becomes available.
Not causing a row but there was I heard about 250 people at it or thereabouts....!
I do agree with the central message though, a few people have remarked to me that they may not agree with her but on humanitarian grounds it is a disgrace what she is going through...
Was Clare Daly at the march?
