    Default And You Thought Political Fora Were Petty?

    A war of words has broken out between two northern Crime Authors over reviews left on Amazon.

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-19465081

    Armagh Writer, Stuart Neville has claimed that Belfast man, Sam Millar used 'sock-puppet' accounts to leave positive comments on his own work whilst giving unfavourable reviews to rival authors.

    This comes against the backdrop of an admission by another Crime Writer, R J Ellroy that he also used pseudonyms to big up his own work whilst dissing others.

    Millar has denied strenuously that he has ever given negative reviews;

    I get lousy reviews sometimes myself, but take it on the chin. I've reviewed 'tons' of fiction/crime books for writers, and never given a negative review of any of them. ”
    What next, someone joining Political World and claiming that it's a rest-home for malignant lefties and disgruntled racists???

    At this rate, the internet will soon be awash with lies!

    As a general rule the most successful man in life is the man who has the best information. Benjamin Disraeli

    Not at all, you don't want to end up on a site where the racists aren't disgruntled!
