A war of words has broken out between two northern Crime Authors over reviews left on Amazon.

Armagh Writer, Stuart Neville has claimed that Belfast man, Sam Millar used 'sock-puppet' accounts to leave positive comments on his own work whilst giving unfavourable reviews to rival authors.
This comes against the backdrop of an admission by another Crime Writer, R J Ellroy that he also used pseudonyms to big up his own work whilst dissing others.
Millar has denied strenuously that he has ever given negative reviews;
What next, someone joining Political World and claiming that it's a rest-home for malignant lefties and disgruntled racists???I get lousy reviews sometimes myself, but take it on the chin. I've reviewed 'tons' of fiction/crime books for writers, and never given a negative review of any of them. ”
At this rate, the internet will soon be awash with lies!
