    Default Syrian Civil War

    France 24 is reporting tonight that the International Red Cross has designated the Syrian conflict a civil war which means that attacks of civilians can be classified as war crimes.

    It might get the Russians and Chinese to get off the fence.
    It could also send a chilling signal to Assad that he could end-up facing an international court as an accused war criminal if he does not quit attacking civilians.
