Friday's Oirish Mail says Killally claims that bullets were sent to him in the post; that wiring to his security cameras was cut in the last few weeks and that he knows who targeted him.
It seems clear now that if shots were fired they weren't fired into the car. No sign of shotgun cartridges or wadding on the scene either according to the Mail.

According to the Indo today the Gardai now think that it was a botched robbery and the lads in the Audi knew he had 20k in cash in the boot. They're trying to figure out how these characters would have know that though.
Meanwhile Killally's father Jay is claiming that there wasn't any money in the boot at all.

I think Killaly's patriotism deserves credit.

The man clearly recognises himself as a key contributor to the future of the Irish State. Knowing this, he was willing to sacrifice 20K, 2 kids and his Da in order to save himself.

I shed a tear at his patriotism.
