no word from those brave men and women from PAC about publishing Mazars ,they are " stonewalling" Mazars and then have the cheek to attack the HSE .
Word on the grapevine is that Craig is writing a book which will open up Mazars ,Harney Cooney the GAA and the FAS board and their trips etc afterall he was the person who paid for Harneys blowdry he was there as it happened each day for 7 days at oir expense
Molloy has purchased a Husky dog and is walking it along the canal on a daily basis .he clearly will not be bqck qt PAC to discuss Mazars
Ross ,McGuinness ,Mary Lou ,Fleming and co cannot be allowed near the banks issue until this cover up is exposed .

Stanley the problem is this ,n answer to your question ,Mazars reached findings against 7 Senior Management in FAS ,these 'findings related to a number of matters ,
I have to be careful how I put this.
The Mazars report is still surpressed and both the FAS Dg and PAC will not publish it notwithstanding the fact that Craig has given his approval to do so .

The FAS DG Paul O Toole has taken no action against any of these Senior Management ,some are in DSP ,SOME IN fas and others retired with huge lump sums .
From what I have seen these packages can be revisited based on what is in Mazars ,furthermore the remaining managers must face discipline for their actions ,however they are in very senior positions in DSP and FAS

the real issue here is the cover up by PAC THEY HAVE THE POWER TO PUBLISH MAZARS and they should get on with it .we cannot give them the bank investigation until they clear up the FAS mess.

O Toole has questions to answer as have the Chairman of FAS and the Chair of the Audit committee in FAS who both got a presentation of the Mazars report in April 2011.
The Mazars report has also upheld a complaint made by Craig against a FAS contractor who FAS still use and who has received millions from FAS in the past 20 years

CRAIG wrote to Quinn as Minister for Education requesting that he be given whisltleblower status under the Labour Services Act 2009 2 weeks later he was fired by O Toole

Craig was no angel ,he paid for Harneys blowdry and had most of the then Government Ministers in Florida ,TEXAS and other hot spots while at the same time making sure FAS got a billion a year to feed the quango from the very same Ministers

Shane Ross has gone to ground on this one

McGuinness may well indeed have a point about civil servants covering up but would have a lot more credibility if he dealt with the Fas issue which drags on and on.

I see McGuinness is looking for full accountability from public servants ,and yet he will not publish this report which has implications for public servants in FAS ,SOLAS and DSP .

Is John McGuiness the man to head up an investigation into Banks I think not ,
This man as Chairman of PAC was given permission to publish the Mazars report into
FAS which in part explained the bullying and failures in FAS and McGuiness refused to publish it ,the " Cabal" that McGuiness is referring to must be the PAC cabal including Shane Ross, Mary Lou , who refused to publish Mazars because it did not suit their agenda and is a very damaging report ,the PAC are aware that persons who had findings against them are still working in senior positions in FAS ,Solas,DSP ,and the Dept of Education and the PAC have done nothing to stop this.

How could you ask this group to investigate the banks based on this track record ,let alone give them any more powers .

Until the PAC publish the MAZARS report they have no credibility

McGuinness is giving us a laugh this morning in the Indo ,he is saying his efforts are being thwarted and vested interests are blocking his efforts to ensure transparency and accountability .
Isn't it funny that McGuinness won't publish the Mazars report into corruption in FAS / Solas ,he must be aware that in the eyes of the public he is covering up and failing himself to show transparency .

It appears that the reports that Lynam relied upon are falling apart ,and according to inside sources the audit unit in FAS have failed to find huge problems with procurement non compliance and the EU auditors who are crawling all over FAs have discovered contracts issued without tendering and in one case it is in the region of 150,000 euros
