Yeah he needs to come clean about his FF pals and FAS. They are still auditing in there at great cost.

When you look at the line-up on PAC there is virtually nobody on it qualified to ask the hard questions and get the answers, Ross is okish for the odd good soundbite but lacks the forensic details needed to get the truth.
Anyone who is questioned would easily sidestep tough questions just like the FAS lads, impossible to see McG/Fleming getting stuck into Biffo.
Bob Diamond is laughing at them in the UK and is up and away into the sunset.
Yep ,I agree Ross pulled his punches once he became a TD and McGuinness is compromised
Mary Lou McDonald should get Mazars published but is to busy .
I will supply more detail on it shortly
In the opened high court papers I have ( and are available ) Craig wrote to Quinn in July 2011 and told him he wished to avail of the whistleblower section of the Labour Services Act 2010 and told Quinn he wanted to give him a copy of the Mazars report .
Two weeks later Craig was fired and Quinn told him in writing to go to the Labour Court.
Paul O Toole Solas/Fas. DG approved and supported this, the same man who got the Mazars report in Dec 2010 and refused to tell the PAC that it was mislead when asked to do so by Craig on the 14th Jan 2011 .
Quinn has questions to answer and this gets more and more smelly it was discussed in private at the PAC today I am informed
Yes it is but ... Paul O Toole was asked to give the Mazars report to the sec gen DSP , the sec gen Education, the PAC and refused all requests ,notwithstanding the fact the Mazars and Craig agreed to publish it , The PAC transcript of Oct 2011 is funny O Toole tells Ross that even though 300,000 was spent on the report he can't tell the PAC what's in it and Ross accepts it.
This stuff is facinating to read. But I am a little puzzled. Perhaps Trouble Shooter can advise exactly how much the Mazars report cost. On the one hand TS is saying the report cost €2,000,000 and the other €300,000. There is a vast difference between the two figures.![]()

Actually, there were two separate investigations into FAS; one by Mazars and the other by a consultant called Ignatius Lynam. Between the two of them it cost 492,000 euro according to the Indo.
Take a look at this thread(particularly post 15) for more details:

Thanks for the clarification Paddy Joe. I think that €492,000 is an awful amount of wasted tax payers money. However its a long way off the €2,000,000 bandied about earlier
I would have thought there are serious questions over the Ignatius Lynam contract. What were this person's qualifications to conduct the inquiry and did he have a previous relationship with FAS? It seems that the subsequent Mazars inquiry found major issues with the way the previous inquiry was handled.
