The 62-page ruling found no fault in the internal Israeli military investigation which cleared the driver of the bulldozer which crushed Corrie to death in March 2003. The judge said the driver could not have seen the activist from the cab of the bulldozer.
Israelis investigating Israeli atrocoties. Sure why dont we let the DUP/PUP investigate loyalist paramilitary actions and sure while we are at it, it does not matter about where a referee is from in a match! Ridiculous decision, there should have been an impartial investigation into the situation.

Because of the Americans, the Israelis have a free hand to do as they please in the Occupied Palestinian Territories.

Jerusalem: An Israeli air strike on the northern Gaza Strip killed two Palestinians and wounded two others on Monday, the emergency services in the Hamas-run enclave said.

Emergency services chief Ashraf al-Qudra told AFP that Musaad Alzaneen, a man in his early 20s, was killed in the raid on farmland near the town of Beit Hanoun.

He later added that Sharif Nasser, 31, had died of injuries sustained in the attack.

The Israeli military spokesman's office said the target was a Palestinian "rocket-launching squad".

Yes and they reward them by upgrading their status. I wonder what else Netanyahu has demanded to even consider the "peace talks" ?

The House Foreign Affairs Committee approved on Wednesday a bill that would enhance US-Israel defence ties and waived US entrance visa for Israelis.

Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen and Congressman Ted Deutch initiated the bill as they are the top two members on the committee's Middle East subcommittee; they strongly supported the bill, which was unanimously approved.

The bill named Israel a "major strategic ally" of the United States. It included measures that would encourage enhanced cooperation such as missile development, energy and security. No other state has ever got this status.

Talking to Israelis is a waste of time. Only armed resistance gets through to them.

Some degree perhaps but not always. The issue should always be the Israel government, its policy and the actions of the soldiers. The innocents never deserve to die...

Another glorious moment for that beacon of light in the Middle East.

What kind of country throws a teen out of an IDF jeep?
Without money, a phone or identity papers, Fadel Tamimi's 14-year-old son was thrown out of an Israeli army jeep, in the dead of night, 15 kilometers away from home, after being interrogated.........
