If it's a complete non-story, mysteriously getting headlines; if it's contradictory, confusing verbiage; if it calls black white and turns reality on its head, if it's an announcement of something fairly tenuous, and that has already been announced before - then it belongs in this thread - but only if it is coming out of the mouths of politicians, or their highly paid "advisors."
