    ESM voted through for ratification. Must have gone through pretty well on the nod - the agenda allowed to 5.30 p.m.

    There's a big contrast between the Dail under FF, which was a pretty well paralysed institution, and the pace of events under FG, busily engaged in "restructuring" the state.
