    The loan was repaid and then some. Irish Nationwide want 16 years interest on what was initially a small amount of interest outstanding which the couple disputed.

    Genuine question Sam. What do you think should happen when adults sign contracts and subsequently, for whatever reason, don't honour them?

    Absolutely. We must close the civil and criminal courts until some person who has no conviction for anything is gaoled for life. Makes sense to me.

    You might as well. I'm not sure what they stand for but it sure as hell bears no relation to justice.
