    That women is an embarrassment.

She actually stated that her decision to put down a motion on the dress code in the dail was based on some oul wan in Mayo asking her what she was going to do about it.

The woman was only elected because of the popularity of the other FG candidates in her constituency and she thinks that gives her the right to tell the people of Roscommon how their representitive should dress.

Luke Flanagan was elected by popular vote. Michelle Mulherrin was elected on the popular vote of others.

No one mentioned growth and reduction of unemployment as a remedy to economic problems. Everyone seems to have bought into taxes and cuts.

He honed in quickly on those who bought houses 'as a pension' getting 'hammered'. He would declare an interest if appropriate, wouldn't he?

There's no escaping people insisting that the only way to do anything is to copy the Swiss.

If you bought a house as your pension a few years ago you've already been absolutely hammered.

Labour arguing against a wealth tax. Socialists eh?

Even if it raises only a small enough amount of money it's less that has to be cut from elsewhere.

The old 'I'm on the AIW' rubbish from Doherty. Every time SF trots out that ***** they should be challenged on it.

He's not opposed to it on principle - the argument is that poorer people can't afford another tax, but rich people can afford to pay a 1% wealth tax.
