    Furthermore.
    As children our minds were furnished by our parents teachers and priests.

    Throwing out a lot of that 'furniture' has been tough. But it had to go if I was to grow and learn for myself what was worth keeping.

    My Spring cleaning was thorough!

    I like more freedom to move around in this mind of mine. A mine of info. :-)

    There's a piece in New Scientist this week on religionn and science including a piece on why we have a 'god shaped space' in our minds and why religion will probably be around for a long time in one form or other.

    This is behind a pay wall at the moment as it is today's issue but it may be readable in summary form on the website in a day or two ...
