Joe Higgins pretends to be surprised when Audrey Carville asks him about the resignation of Finian McGrath as leader of the Technical Group.
Legacy of the 'archaic' system, says Joe.

No Audrey Carville tonight. She was looking after DriveTime today.

Robert Troy FF, Kevin Humphreys Lab, Niamh Lyons.
Discussing Reilly, Gilmore and the children's hospital.
Earlier today there were conflicting reports as to whether Kenny and Gilmore have seen the Dolphin Report.

Even Davin Power on the Six One was fairly cynical about that. Said that when the report was eventually released it would have been sufficiently worked on to cover retrospectively whatever decision the politicians come to.
Surprising remark coming from RTE's finest.

I heard that remark from Davin too, he will get a rap on the knuckles for it. Just said what we all know which is despite the millions spent on expert reports, politics will decide the site of the children's hospital. We may as well bring back Bertie.

Durkan doesn't like the 'austerity' word.
Remember when it had positive connotations. Doesn't seem that long ago.
