    Gilmore said that the Chief Exec in the HSE said that there was no ministerial influence, yet on Pat Kenny yesterday morning Reilly was quite proud of the fact that he had influenced the decision.

    He said that he had, in conjunction with the HSE and the Dept of Health been responsible for the 15 added to the list.

    The default assumption of the PS bashers is that all the allowances cost money. The list that the virulently anti-PS Indo produced contained at least two that save us money.
