Plank reporting that the hearing has been adjourned for two weeks. No reason given yet.

One hopes it is a final instruction to comply with discovery of assets by Anglo and the courts so that the Quinns won't be able to claim they weren't given enough opportunities to move into compliance with court directions.

After that, the Quinns should go to jail for contempt of court and Anglo and the Irish courts can proceed without their assistance.

Since when did prison authorities have the power to commute sentences for contempt of court? Or is it the usual 'Irish RM' logic of 'we haven't the room and his mammy wants him home for tea' stuff?

I'm still half-expecting to hear an announcement from the Quinn's Legal Aid team that all of the Quinns have been mysteriously struck down in the same moment by Parkinsons of the tibia and can no longer be regarded as being of sound mind to be asked any questions in court.

That one is up next. Why has Mrs Quinn not been involved in these cases as she was company secretary for dozens of Quinn Group companies or is she still spending five years being stupid for legal reasons?
