This scum-bag claimed that his cholesterol medication caused him to lose control to the extent that he attacked and sexually assaulted a woman on the street. Strangely enough the lack of control had worn off by the time the gardaí got to him and he was sufficiently possessed of his faculties to deny the whole thing.

Tearing it down should surely be high on the list. Is there any real justification for preserving something that looks like a rejected idea from Speer's Germania?
