    Constantin was on the Max Keiser show on RT last night. Mainly discussing Russia but a bi of Ireland too.

    I'll be interested to hear what he says about Russia. He goes back a good bit I think.

    He seemed to think that Russian banks are in good nick. He put them in 3 groups, based on quality.

    Said Russia's national debt levels are low and they have large reserves to use as stimulus if needed.

    That's absolutely one of the most annoying things for us, the fact that we gave away the NPRF it's just madness. That was our stimulous.

    Constantin Gurdgiev is saying that austerity for Ireland cannot be avoided because we are so much in hock to the EU/IMF, with no growth in our domestic economy and huge personal debt of citizens (no mention of continued billions going to Anglo/Irish or whatever they call it now).

    People are still listening to David McWilliams, the so-called economist who gave Brian Lenihan the advice to give a blanket guarantee to the private banks in Ireland. What a chancer.
