Oh god no, have hated Shels for a long time. Hope Sligo put them to the sword, last minute preferably so they are sick as dogs ....

Shelbourne's torment never ends this year, it seems. To lose a league and a cup final in such a way would make a credulous fan think they were cursed. At least they got promoted this year, so it all wasn't a dead loss. Well done to Sligo Rovers though, and it's a great tribute to their ability to keep on keeping on, as they've had plenty of bad times in the past. Congrats to The Bit O'Red!
"It is we the workers who built these palaces and cities here in Spain and in America and everywhere. We, the workers, can build others to take their place. And better ones! We are not in the least afraid of ruins. We are going to inherit the earth; there is not the slightest doubt about that. The bourgeoisie might blast and ruin its own world before it leaves the stage of history. We carry a new world here, in our hearts."

    Well done Sligo.
They play nicer football than most.

They played well and Shels brought the game to them for a lot of the match but at the end of it Sligo were the stronger team. That lad Davoren is a great player and Richie Ryan. If Ndo was playing they would have had a more creative midfield but still fair play to Sligo! Europa league football beckons now !
