I'm sure everyone on this site is smarterer than what I am, but I thought I'd give this tip to anyone who may not know about it.
Google is a surface crawler and gives you what it finds "on the surface" of any query.
However Google Scholar is deep web ( kinda ! ) and can throw up opinion and research that'd take you much longer to find. I'll give an example:-
Fenian. Google.
http://www.google.ie/search?client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla%3Aen-GB%3Aofficial&channel=s&hl=en&source=hp&q=fenian&meta=&btnG=Google+Search
Fenian. Google Scholar.
http://scholar.google.com/scholar?q=fenian&hl=en&btnG=Search&as_sdt=2001&as_sdtp=on
I hope this may be of help to yiz as the revolution enters its planning stage.:D
