Assuming he has a fair few bob and prob a lot more than most of the rest of us, where is he keeping his cash if not in a Bank ... under the mattress?

There are other forms of savings/investments than banks.

And even if it is the mattress, I say it's still safer than a bank right now ... by a country mile.
