Looks like this could be an interesting site, nicely laid out for easy reading.
Currently I am in the process of launching a fresh campaign, if it gets the legs I think it has to carry it then there will be a spilling of blood and grinding of bones within the judiciary and prosecution service --heads may roll --I hope.
As a taster --I stole one of the Prosecutors files from the courtroom --what I discovered is currently being considered by the Chief Constable, Matt Baggott and the Justice Minister, David Ford, MLA.
You can read more on my site at http://www.christywalsh.com (It will be updated in a few days)

Welcome Christy... it's great to see you. I'd earlier called you a chancer and got "moderated " for it. I'll look forward to insulting you in person now that you've stuck your head above the parapet.. intertubes wise. I'm the sites token lapsed protestant btw... and have to be tolerated in view of that parity of steam thingy that everyone voted for.

Cheers for the welcome --though good to see I'm not the only one with problems --I'd hate to be a **** myself;)

Welcome Christy :)
I hope you enjoy the forum.
You've given me a nice little bit of reading to do on a Friday evening. Never a dull moment.
Lapsed likes to think he is the "only protestant in the village" and no one wants to spoil his dream.

Hi Christy, welcome to porg, followed the case as it went along and you were truly fúcked over like few of us can imagine. You didn't get much help from our media it seemed, was anyone with any weight on your side?
Look forward to going through your site.
Lapsed is just grumpy sometimes because everyone here has refused his proposals of marriage.

It's the pits ! I think I may have confused you with a **** who says that members of the DF are selling guns to rebels in the Sychelles ? Is that another Christy Walsh ? What have you been done for ?

Ah you're bound to mind that one lapsed, the coffee jar bomb on the suffolk Road? Not a shred of evidence?

Yip! you'r confusing me with somebody else --I got done for selling sea shells to rebels.
Thanks 5intheface, and yes I have a few heavy hitters on my side from both sides border/the water/ and political & religious divide. Even have support within the NI Judiciary and legal arena.

Hi Christy, welcome to pw.org. Kind of ironic that you are convicted for a crime you didn't commit, then lapsed accuses you of being someone else lol
I was not familiar with your case, so I googles you and got a very good summary from birw and all I can say is holy ****! And I hope you clear your name.

Absolutely. The man's a saint. I've never understood how people coped with doing hard time for something they weren't guilty of.
You go Christy.. take them for millions and retire to the Seychelles !!

Thanks Mutley --I kinda attract false accusations --I have very unique eye colour, Hazel with a shade of blame me.
Lapsed --the way things are going I'd be lucky if they give the empty coffee jar for keep sakes. Thats why I am off campaigning again --this time I have a load of ammo (paper kind) and have fired some serious shots over their bows.
I technically won my case back in March the Appeal Court reversed the conviction and the NIO stepped in and said I am guilty anyway --if the Courts cannot prove guilt of beyond reasonable doubt but some executive court can --then NI is heading toward Stalinist Russia style justice.

That's just damage limitation... you'll win in the end.

20 years so far and predicted four or five more which could mean ten.
