Aliyev is in the track of Saakashvili.
I think that most part of you know that territorial problems in Caucasus is not only in Georgia. After USSR collapse Azerbaijan lost Nagorno-Karabakh. During previous twenty years Baku tried to return this area with all it might. War of 1994 lead nowhere but it doesn’t stop Aliyev.
In sympathy with Saakashvili Azerbaijan changed it armed doctrine which now gives possibility to defend country’s interests in the district with the use of arms. In fact, this is the first step to the new conflict in the Caucasus – the fight for Nagorno-Karabakh. It’s a pity, I though that people Baku were wiser.
