In a return to the DCU Left Forum's lunchtime seminar series, labour historian, Dr Niamh Puirseil, will give a lecture on the 1913 lockout and its legacy, including various perspectives played out in marking its centenary. The lecture will be between 1 and 2 o'clock on the 12th of November in CG86. All welcome.

Puirseil is a historian, but is she a socialist, or at least a member of a progresssive organisation? As far as I know she is not.

I think that was labour with a small l. I don't know anything about her politics.
